This week I and my class have been working on report writing in our literacy. I decided to do my first report on Elvis Presley and that turned out pretty good. Now I have been working on another report, I choose Billie Piper she is an actor and did sing a little bit. I found out a lot of interesting facts about Billie Piper, I even found out she has 3 kids about 2 boys and a girl. Hope you enjoy reading my report.

This week I and my literacy class have been working on information reports! But we had to do our information report about a famous artist or a dancer or something like that. I ended up choosing Elvis Presley. ( Did you know that someone brought Elvis Presley's poop for in the millions?! ) I hope you enjoy reading my information report!

Learning Measurements!

I'm Billie and today I will be sharing with you what I have done in maths this week.

This week in maths we have been learning measurements. In class this week we were measuring our maths area in cm, mm, and meters. We also learnt about Area and Perimeter. The area is the inside of a shape and the Perimeter is the outside of the shape. We also had a task to complete like: would you measure a bug with meters or mm or even cm?

Netball Trials!

Last week I and a bunch of girls came to try out for netball for winter sports.

It was so much fun at trials and we all had fingers crossed to get into netball. About 1 day after trials it was finally time to see who got into netball. My friends were nervous and so was I. After a little while of chatting, they then announced who got into netball! I didn't hear my name get called out I was worried until they finally said my name! I was so happy I got in! I had got into the yellow team with none of my friends but I'm still so happy I got into a team! In fact, all of us got into a team we were all so excited and were looking ford to be playing some games.

Anzac Activities!

Last week my literacy group and I have been doing some activities and research about ANZAC. Bella and I have created something that involves ANZAC day and we chose to build the bunkers they slept in during the war. We also went on pixel and created a mascot that we would choose.

Recount Writing!

Hi, I'm Billie and this week I and my class have been working on recount writing!

Yesterday I and my class have all been working on recount writing. We all got to pick a topic to write about, I chose a tram. We all had to plan it on a piece of paper and make sure its good before we can properly write it on a piece of paper.
