Tomorrow on Saturday night I and my family are going to the speedway to watch car racing and fireworks!
At the speedway, there are hot dogs, chips, drinks, donuts, And also ice cream! At the speedway, lots of different cars will be racing each other to win! I can't wait to go to the speedway!

I have been working on a slide where you create your own bungee-jumping business for fun! The picture on the page is my logo. And my bungee jumping is located in Wanaka! My logo is blue because when you bungee jump of the raft you will land close to a lake which is blue.

Tomorrow on Saturday I have a huge jump jam challenge competition! We are going to perform the song magic! Our theme is Fairies/Tinker bell. We have white dresses, purple wings, headbands, and lights! And we have a main character who is tinker bell! She is wearing a green-purple fairy dress and green wings with a headband as well! We are hoping to at least come 3rd, 2nd, or 1st! Wish us luck!

This week we have been talking about our cultures. We have created a slide that includes talking about countries and what their language and schools were like! The countries I have talked about in my slides are South Korea, China, And South Africa! Tomorrow we will get the chance of dressing up as our culture! I am from New Zealand! So I will do something like spray my hair blue!

In Lockdown we had to do a slide that involves food getting moldy. I have been doing my slide and have put the pictures in! The pictures that you will see on the slide now are the ones I took when I first put them into the containers, And after 2 weeks they will rot! And I will put them on this slide to show you the results. Also, I will do the rest of the work that is on there to show you what one I think will rot first!

Last week I and my literacy class was working on an exsperiant! We had to cut an apple into 4 pieces and put them into cups one with vinegar the other one with salt water and the other one with lemon juice! And had to leave it in the cups to let it rot. And see which one would rot first!

This week we have been learning about Matariki.
We have a slide filled with tasks we need to complete and are still working on. There are 7 stars that are in a group in the sky at night sometimes. When it's Matariki people have food and tell stories at night. I have enjoyed learning a lot about Matariki.

Last week I and a bunch of girls came to try out for netball for winter sports.
It was so much fun at trials and we all had fingers crossed to get into netball. About 1 day after trials it was finally time to see who got into netball. My friends were nervous and so was I. After a little while of chatting, they then announced who got into netball! I didn't hear my name get called out I was worried until they finally said my name! I was so happy I got in! I had got into the yellow team with none of my friends but I'm still so happy I got into a team! In fact, all of us got into a team we were all so excited and were looking ford to be playing some games.

Last week my literacy group and I have been doing some activities and research about ANZAC. Bella and I have created something that involves ANZAC day and we chose to build the bunkers they slept in during the war. We also went on pixel and created a mascot that we would choose.

Yesterday I and my class have all been working on recount writing. We all got to pick a topic to write about, I chose a tram. We all had to plan it on a piece of paper and make sure its good before we can properly write it on a piece of paper.

For the last 2 weeks me and my class have been working on our pepeha art. I had lots of fun blending the colored dye, and dyeing the piece of art. We have all designed a piece of art with a river, mountains, a sky, and a sun. I added in myself a tiny house on the side of the river.

Hi, I'm Billie and this morning I and my class went to play golf. We all went to play golf on our school field. First of we practice our swinging with a flag. We all so got taught how to get in the right position for when you will hit the golf ball.

Hi, Bloggers today me and my class have found out some interesting facts about flamingos. Did u know that flamingos are pink because they eat too much shrimp!? well, I didn't till today. We had to write all the facts we learnt and write it all down on either slides or book creator. I choose book creator. We had a lot of fun decorating and editing our work.
