Yesterday on Thursday me and my hub had a trip to the Jellie park!

We all were so excited! We were talking on the bus the whole way about how much fun we will have! When we arrived first, I went to the pool to get my body wet so I don't get stuck on the hydro slide! I was walking up all the steps as fast as I could to get the first turn! First off I went on the speedy straight slide and was going REALLY FAST! But I fell on my face at the end. We ate lunch and morning tea at the jelly park and had the most fun time EVER!

Me and my buddy Caitlin have been working on our inquiry! We have been doing our civilization on the south pole! we had to make clothing and find out what animals we could eat there. We also had to think about what games we could make so they wouldn't get bored. Also houses we made houses out of wood some hard snow and rock! 

Speeches!

Me and my Hub have been working on our speeches.

I have been working really hard on my speech, so hard that I got into the finals for speeches! I am very nervous though that I have to read my speech to all these people! I have done my speech on the wonderful and mysterious sea creatures, Enjoy!  hope u have enjoyed reading my speech! I worked so HARD on it!

Ancient Egypt

Ancient Egypt

Hi, I am Billie and my class in reading and learning about Ancient Egypt!

In Minecraft Education, we have been building pyramids! And we all have been told to build tombs and pharao's inside of them! before creating and building the pyramids we have been reading a book with my class about awful Egypt! We have learnt allot about pharao's and tombs and it took about 25,000 men to build 1 pyramid! And possibly took about 20 years to build it.

 

We have been learning about Egypt and tombs, pharao's, and pyramids!

 

Minecraft with Kayla!

After school, I and Kayla were playing Minecraft . and we were working on a house.

We are not finished yet but in the end, I think it would look amazing!!!

 

Coin trick

Hi, I am Billie and I have made instructions for a coin trick sadly I could not get all of it on because I had to screenshot it.

And In m,y literacy we have been learning about magic!! and doing a lot of new magic tricks and teaching and doing them to other classes in our hub.
 

Making music.                              For Inquiry, my home base and I are creating music and learning about what is the difference between 1920's instruments and 2020's instruments now.  To make our music we are using the app chrome music lab song maker. At the end of our inquiry, I am pretty sure we will be having a disco with all of our music played!

 

MATHS!

hi I am Billie and for maths I have been learning fractions!

Today me and my maths group have been learning a lot and a lot of different fractions

and each day we are doing easy to hard fractions.

And yesterday me and my friends have started to practice a play to show to our hub, the play is called the ugly woodpecker. My characters I am acting out is Narrator, Wilson woodpecker, and Terry turtle.

Space story today I have just finished writing a story about space. Last Thursday we started making story's about space. On my last blog post I have showed you my plan for this story. If you would like you can read it. we have worked very hard on theses story's the story of mine includes a title settings a problem and a solution also a plot. hope you enjoy.

Space visit On Thursday I am finishing up on my space visit story. Last week we have been all doing story's about space. We are almost finished and we are going to post it on my blog.In mr. Play date with Bella

Tomorrow on Saturday Me and my friend Bella are having a play date at her house.

Tomorrow when we are going to have a play date we are going to  bake and go to the park for lunch  I am coming at 10:30 till 1:00.We are gonna have so much fun.
